The 1970s Epiphone ET-275 “Crestwood” is a vintage solid-body electric guitar from Epiphone’s Japanese-made ET series, produced roughly between 1973 and 1975 at the Matsumoku factory in Japan.
It features a slightly offset double-cutaway solid hardwood body with a bolt-on maple neck and rosewood fingerboard, typically on a 24¾″ scale with dot inlays and 21 frets. The guitar is equipped with two humbucking pickups, a three-way selector switch, and individual volume and tone controls, offering a warm, vintage humbucker sound typical of the era. Many examples also came with a vibrato (tremolo) bridge, prominent white pickguard with the Epiphone “E” logo, and chrome hardware.
