Imperial Vintage Guitars
Sell Your Guitar and Gear
We pay top prices for all guitars, vintage and recent, and we will be completely honest with you throughout the process. We take great pride in our excellent reputation and hold ourselves to the highest standard of ethics.
We also buy amplifiers, parts, effects, recording gear, other stringed and specialty instruments, as well as entire collections.
In addition, we do written appraisals in our store for vintage, new or used instruments. This is of the utmost importance for insurance purposes. Whether you’re collector who keeps his instruments at home or in storage, or a musician who uses them on the gig, or someone who just wants to know exactly what you have and how much it is worth, contact us and we can help. This service is available to local clients as well as for those out of town- if necessary, any shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
We are constantly buying and selling and we keep “wanted” lists for those looking for particular items.
Instruments, amps, and music gear are always coming through our shop. Keep us posted on what you are looking for as we frequently are able to quickly fulfill requests.
Please contact us if you have anything you want to sell, trade or have appraised.

Awesome experience. Tommy knows what he is doing and offered a fair price for my 1966 J45.

This place is why brick and mortar stores still exist. Jarrett is super friendly, very knowledgeable and just a pleasure to talk to. I took my dad’s guitar there to get appraised. I felt like I was getting good honest information from a trusted friend rather than somebody who is just interested in making a quick buck flipping guitars. I would not hesitate to buy or sell a guitar at imperial vintage guitars. They really know their stuff.
