The 1965 Fender Mustang is a classic mid-’60s student-model electric guitar, known for its simple, straightforward design and unmistakable Fender character. Featuring two  single-coil pickups, 24"-inch short scale, and compact offset body, the Mustang offers comfortable playability and a punchy, articulate tone. Built during Fender’s pre-CBS era, a clean and original example is an appealing vintage instrument for both players and collectors.
