The Aria Pro II LC-550 is a vintage Aria Pro II electric guitar from the late 1970s (typically Made in Japan by Matsumoku) and part of Aria’s higher-end Les Paul-style lineup. It features a solid, single-cutaway body with carved top and set neck, dual humbucking pickups, and gold-plated hardware, giving it both a classic look and a broad tonal range. The LC-550 was positioned above the LC-500 with its more ornate/custom appointments, and it’s prized today for heavy sustain, balanced sound, and quality Japanese craftsmanship from that era.
