The 2017 Fender American Professional Jaguar introduced several modern upgrades to the classic offset platform, including V-Mod single-coil pickups, a Modern Deep C neck, narrow tall frets, and a redesigned bridge for improved sustain and tuning stability. A unique 4-way blade switch adds a series wiring option, giving the guitar a thicker, humbucker-like tone in addition to the traditional Jaguar sounds.

Finished in Sonic Gray, this USA-made Jaguar combines vintage-inspired styling with modern performance enhancements, making it equally at home in indie, surf, alternative, blues, and rock settings. Complete with its Original Fender Elite Molded Hardshell Case, it remains one of the most versatile and desirable American-made Jaguars of the modern era.
