The Mesa/Boogie Dual Rectifier Blue Angel is a distinctive boutique tube amplifier known for its rich, touch-sensitive response and vintage-inspired tone. Featuring Mesa’s innovative Progressive Linkage power section, this versatile head combines the warmth of 6V6 power tubes with the punch and articulation of EL84s, offering selectable output configurations of 15, 33, or 38 watts. With a straightforward single-channel layout, spring reverb, Bright/Fat voicing switch, and parallel effects loop, the Blue Angel excels at expressive cleans, warm breakup, and dynamic blues and roots-rock tones. Paired with a 2x12" speaker cabinet and protective covers, this is a compelling vintage-style Mesa/Boogie rig.
