The 1998 Martin 000-15 is one of the earliest examples of Martin's now-iconic 15 Series. Built entirely from solid mahogany, it produces a warm, woody, and exceptionally balanced tone with a strong midrange that has made the model a favorite among fingerstyle players, singer-songwriters, and recording musicians. Its comfortable 000 body size offers excellent projection while remaining easy to play for extended sessions.
Early USA-made 000-15 models from the late 1990s are particularly desirable because of their all-solid wood construction, understated aesthetics, and the mature, open tone they develop with age. They have become one of Martin's most respected modern acoustics, prized for their simplicity, craftsmanship, and outstanding value.
